Join us for 21 Days of Conscious Regulation. You will wire in new habits to create safety and peace in your nervous system. Ease overwhelm, increase energy and find your calm.

This has been "live" and is now offered in recording format so you can do it at your own pace. You will still have the opportunity to ask any questions in the group along the way.

What we'll be covering:

  • Week 1: Awareness of your nervous system.
  • Week 2: Building Resilience
  • Week 3: Tools to use when you need to shift and reset.

We will be going live in our private facebook group daily.

Each day will cover a hands-on exercise or a simple journal prompt and will take between 5-15 minutes to complete.
